I also offer Lomi Lomi massages - a Hawaiian Body and Healing work.
Lomi Lomi is a flowing massage that allows your body and soul to relax deeply and invites your nervous system to calm down. Stroking and circular movements of varying intensity and speed invite body and mind to immerse themselves in a deep sense of calm and experience their own presence in this world in a new and different way.
It is a wonderful and effective way to release blockages and draw strength and energy to embrace your life anew and full of vitality.
Lomi is often described as a ritual and for me it is. Rituals lead us away from the everyday and open up powerful spaces for change. Healing rituals have been performed since ancient times and serve to bring people into balance on a physical, mental and spiritual level. They are important steps on your path to heal and become whole.
A Lomi Lomi massage can support and initiate a re-set of your physical and nervous system, create balance. It can give important impulses for strengthening and supporting you on your path.
This very physical work interweaves wonderfully with my energy medicine treatments and I invite you to enter this experiential space.

The Bookclub is an invitation to grow. To learn from the wisdom of words and from each other. We meet to share insights and inspiration that we gained from the books and from quotes that touched our hearts.
Being a parent and a shamanic practitioner myself, I am more than happy to open this space once a month together with my amazing colleague and wonderful friend Efrat Shokef.
In this community we explore books that invites us to deepen our spiritual perspective on parenting aiming to support each other on our journey as parents and space holders for children.
